Overview
Develop and oversee annual and quarterly marketing plans for all F&B brands. Ensure brand positioning, messaging, and marketing direction are consistent and aligned with business objectives. Lead new brand launches and go-to-market strategies for upcoming brands in 2026.
Campaign, Promotion & Activation Oversight
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, festive promotions, and outlet launches.
- Provide direction and guidance to the marketing team to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Review campaign performance, budgets, and ROI, and propose optimisation strategies.
- Guide social media, digital content, and KOC/KOL strategies to drive brand awareness and talkability.
- Oversee CRM initiatives including loyalty programs, customer engagement campaigns, and retention strategies.
- Ensure delivery platform initiatives (e.g., GrabFood) are strategically planned and performance-driven.
- Manage, mentor, and develop marketing executives and interns.
- Allocate workload across brands to ensure balanced coverage and prevent resource strain.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and learning-driven team culture.
- Act as the main point of contact for agencies, vendors, mall partners, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality output.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Procurement to align marketing initiatives with business needs.
Budget, Reporting & Governance
- Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and spend tracking.
- Review reports, insights, and recommendations prepared by the team.
- Ensure proper documentation, PO processes, and compliance with internal procedures.
