Responsibilities

Developing and executing short-term and mid-term marketing plans in line with company objectives.

Manage day-to-day marketing activities and oversee the implementation of strategies and campaigns.

Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities to maximize results.

Develop and publish marketing materials, both online and offline.

Plan, execute, and monitor promotional and advertising campaigns.

Track and report the effectiveness of marketing communications.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of marketing reports and documents.

Support product quality review, delivery performance and handle marketing-related complaints with the sales team.

Maintain effective internal communication across departments to align on marketing goals.

Perform other marketing-related duties as required by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

At least 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies and best practices.

Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing tools and platforms.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Team player with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
