As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support the overall business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead with insights into advertising, PR, and marketing communications.

  • Campaign Support: Assist in all marketing campaigns, from websites to events.

  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors and suggest improvements to marketing strategies.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar brand marketing/marketer role; experience in food manufacturing or frozen food industry. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred.
  • Education: At least Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication (written & verbal) skills. High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is crucial & non-negotiable, for reporting and presentations.
  • Mindset: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
