- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, and offer management.
- Conduct recruitment briefings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, competencies, timelines, and success indicators.
- Ensure timely updates and clear communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
- Apply a mix of sourcing strategies including headhunting, digital platforms, referrals, networking, and talent communities.
- Develop and maintain pipelines for recurring or business-critical roles.
- Monitor market trends and candidate availability to guide hiring expectations.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Support employer branding initiatives such as recruitment campaigns, career fairs, university engagements, and digital content.
- Ensure all candidate touchpoints reflect the organisation’s values, professionalism, and brand standards.
Process Excellence & Compliance
- Adhere to recruitment procedures, governance standards, and labour regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Workday Recruitment.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, quality, and turnaround time.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Guide hiring managers on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and selection decisions.
- Provide data-backed recommendations on candidate fit, market availability, and expected compensation.
- Escalate recruitment challenges or market constraints with proposed solutions.
Data, Reporting & Market Insights
- Track recruitment progress and key metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Prepare recruitment status reports and insights for management reviews.
- Contribute to talent market intelligence gathering to support future hiring strategies.
