Job description
  • Work closely with the Manager to drive the execution of social media plans in line with business goals, ensuring alignment of brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Monitor the performance of all existing social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Youtube; as well as future social media handles (if any).
  • Create and manage content calendars to schedule posts across all social media platforms.
  • Build online community presence and brand loyalty.
  • Work with analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of social media activities.
  • Keep track of the effectiveness of marketing initiatives on social media and develop post campaign analysis (when relevant).
  • Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices to uphold the brand’s competitive advantage.
  • Stay updated on new advancements, trends and best practices for social media platforms to keep our brand at the forefront of social conversations.
Minimum job requirement (education & experience)
  • Degree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a digital marketing capacity, preferably within the financial or banking industry.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing skills including familiarity with traditional touchpoints.
  • Skillful in branding as well as market research and customer segmentation.
  • Ability to interpret and translate online and offline customer behaviors into strategic digital activities.
