Assistant Manager - Outlet Expansion (Strategic Planning)

Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for new store locations.

Analyze demographic, competitor, and consumer data to support site selection decisions.

Evaluate potential sites based on foot traffic, accessibility, visibility, and commercial viability.

Expansion Planning

Develop and maintain a multi-year store expansion roadmap aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, logistic) to assess feasibility and ROI of new locations.

Evaluate the site proposals from the team members and prepare business cases and presentations for senior management approval.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of expansion activities, timelines, and budgets.

Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on expansion progress and challenges.

Monitor post-opening performance and contribute to continuous improvement of expansion strategy.

Other Duties

Perform any ad hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field.

3+ years of experience in retail expansion, real estate planning, or store development.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in GIS tools, Excel, and project management software is a plus.

Ability to travel as required.

Experience in multi-site retail or F&B expansion.

Familiarity with local zoning laws and permitting processes.

Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.

Well-versed in Power BI or other data visualization tools is an added advantage
