1. Lead the Organisation & Method (O&M) function to ensure consistency and comprehensiveness across the Bank’s frameworks, policies, product manuals, and operation manuals (collectively referred to as "the Documents").
2. Provide advisory support as a subject matter expert on the Bank’s Documents, ensuring clear and consistent governance requirements in the management of frameworks, policies, product manuals, and operation manuals within Agrobank and its subsidiaries (the Group).
3. Execute any other instructions, directives, and decisions from the HOD, CRO, Management, and the Board.
