Assistant Manager, Network Infrastructure (Open to Sr. IT Exec/Network Infra)

Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager, IT & Network Infrastructure to lead and oversee the daily operations, performance, and strategic development of the organization’s IT infrastructure across both corporate and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support IT infrastructure staffs in their daily tasks and projects.
• Coordinate and manage infrastructure projects for corporate IT and manufacturing IT, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Oversee server, network, contracts, vendors, data communication equipment administration, including MS-based servers/services, database, network security, EDR, firewall, router, switches, printers, IP PBX, CCTV and door access, etc.
• Ensure uptime of IT services to keep the business running.
• Evaluate, recommend and improve IT infrastructure services.
• Develop, review and update IT policies, processes and standards.
• Document IT resolutions, procedures, diagram and layout for future reference.
• Provide resolution for complex IT infrastructure issues.
• Setting strategy for IT operations including backup and DR plans.
• Implement preventive solutions and arrange user-training programs to enhance system usage and awareness.
• Participate in IT audits and review of business-related certificates and compliance requirements.
• Lead incident response for IT security infrastructure components.
• Support in internal and external reporting requirements, including authority reporting when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Very good knowledge in infrastructure architecture framework and technologies.
• Proven track record of implementing IT security policies and procedures at a senior level.
• Knowledge of on prem and cloud MS-base system, Active directory, DNS, windows group policy, windows servers.
• Knowledge of network security, EDR, firewall, router, switches, etc.
• Knowledge of ISO27001 / IEC26443.
