Job Description
Role Scope – Office Marketing & Brand
- Develop and roll out marketing plans to promote office spaces, business parks, and corporate premises to targeted occupiers.
- Produce and manage marketing materials such as brochures, floor plans, virtual tours, and presentations tailored for different office tenant profiles (e.g. MNCs, SMEs, startups).
- Drive digital marketing activities including website and portal listings, LinkedIn and other B2B campaigns, and targeted outreach to prospective occupiers.
- Plan and execute marketing events and activities to raise visibility of the asset and generate qualified leasing enquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agencies and potential tenants to ensure a steady flow of leads.
- Support the overall positioning of the office asset by highlighting workplace amenities, flexibility options, sustainability features, and the surrounding business ecosystem.
Tenant Engagement & Retention
- Plan and deliver tenant engagement initiatives such as networking sessions, wellness activities, building-wide announcements, and CSR-related events.
- Maintain consistent communication with tenants on building matters, upgrades, and community activities.
- Support onboarding of new tenants through welcome communications, marketing kits, and orientation support.
- Collect and analyse tenant feedback (e.g. surveys, experience assessments) to improve satisfaction and minimise tenant turnover.
Leasing & Tenancy Support (Office-Focused)
- Partner with the leasing team to design and execute targeted campaigns aimed at attracting office occupiers from relevant sectors.
- Coordinate property tours, presentation decks, and tailored marketing proposals for prospective corporate tenants.
- Ensure listings are accurately maintained across commercial portals and agency networks.
- Assist in preparing inputs for lease negotiations, including basic market comparisons, competitor insights, demand trends, and vacancy updates.
Market Insights & Office Analytics
- Research office market dynamics such as vacancy levels, rental benchmarks, absorption, relocation trends, and evolving workspace formats (e.g. hybrid work, flexible suites, ESG-driven requirements).
- Prepare concise market insight reports to support management decisions on leasing tactics and asset positioning.
- Monitor comparable office assets to benchmark amenities, tenant mix, pricing strategies, and marketing approaches.
Building Experience & Community
- Collaborate with building management to strengthen workplace community and overall tenant experience within the asset.
- Assist with common-area branding, directory updates, digital signages, and other communication touchpoints.
- Support initiatives that promote the building’s lifestyle and support amenities (e.g. F&B options, wellness facilities, meeting spaces, and connectivity).
Administration & Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day marketing administration including budget tracking, coordination with external agencies/vendors, and approvals for campaigns, signages, and events.
- Maintain up-to-date tracking for leasing pipelines, lead funnels, tenant engagement activities, and marketing performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports summarising key marketing initiatives, enquiry volumes, conversion indicators, and tenant satisfaction outcomes.
