The Marketing and Events Assistant Manager supports the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen the Tan & Tan brand presence, drive property sales, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical ability, and strong coordination across internal teams, agencies, and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Research: Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and target audience profiling.
  • Content & Branding: Oversee the development of marketing materials including brochures, videos, floor plans, and digital content. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints from sales galleries to social media.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and outdoor channels. Maintain the online presence across the company website and property portals.
  • Agency & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors for campaign deliverables. Liaise with digital agencies to ensure SEO/SEM alignment and quality content output.
  • Performance Tracking: Track campaign performance through analytics tools and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Events & Sales Support: Coordinate sales launches and events to drive brand and product visibility. Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and project teams to ensure accuracy in all marketing content.
  • Administration: Manage quotations, purchase requisitions, and documentation processes.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the property development or real estate industry.
