We are seeking an experienced and highly independent Assistant Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive end-to-end event management, media buying, and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive planner, strong executor, and strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects and guide the team to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes.
Lead and manage the marketing team to execute integrated marketing plans.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all marketing activities align with business objectives.
Provide guidance, performance feedback, and support to team members to ensure productivity and growth.
Work with senior management to plan quarterly and annual marketing strategies.
Oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of company events, campaigns, and activations.
Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, partners, and logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
Evaluate event performance through analytics, reporting, and post-mortem reviews.
Ensure branding consistency and high-quality experiences across all events.
Develop and manage paid media strategies across digital, social, print, and OOH platforms.
Optimize media budgets and negotiate with media partners for best value and performance.
Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI targets are met.
Oversee the creation and execution of social media content and calendars.
Monitor social performance, community engagement, and brand voice consistency.
Identify trends and opportunities to grow audience reach and improve engagement.
Work with content creators, designers, and agencies to produce high-quality assets.
Track KPIs across all marketing activities, produce monthly and campaign-based performance reports.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve future marketing initiatives.
Manage dashboards to ensure visibility of progress and results across the team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing management or similar roles.
Proven experience leading teams and managing complex marketing projects independently.
Strong background in events management, media buying, and social media strategy.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics platforms, etc.).
Creative, agile, and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.
