• Turn data into decisions – gather, organize, and analyze sustainability metrics for reports, ISO management systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Keep our projects on track, from concept to completion, ensuring sustainability milestones are met (and celebrated!).
• Stay on the pulse of sustainability trends, policies, technologies, and market opportunities – and turn insights into action.
• Transform research findings into engaging communications that inspire both internal teams and the wider community.
• Lead events, campaigns, and awareness programs that showcase Daikin’s commitment to a sustainable future.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field – bonus points if you hold certifications in GHG accounting, ISO 14064, or sustainability reporting.
• 8+ years in environmental management, sustainability, or ESG – ideally in HVAC, manufacturing, or built environment sectors.
• Solid understanding of lifecycle refrigerant management and relevant regulations.
• Expertise in GHG accounting, refrigerant lifecycle impacts, and frameworks like the GHG Protocol & ISO 14064.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting, carbon accounting tools, and climate-related financial disclosures.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience with public-private partnerships.
