Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Infra Development Planning: Identify potential issues or difficulties related to main infrastructure compliance and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Infra Development Implementation: Manage and monitor the completion of main infrastructure works within contract value, reducing variation orders and ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Infra Development Monitoring: Support the implementation of quality, health, safety, and environment management systems according to SOP and ISO standards.
• Infra Development Handover: Hand over completed infrastructure to authorities or Township & Community Services for operation and maintenance, ensuring support for building CFO/CCC as per MLP.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage external and internal parties to ensure smooth infrastructure implementation.
• People & Communication: Plan and organize staffing requirements for infrastructure works.
