Job summary

A recruitment agency in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Recruitment Manager to oversee the recruitment process, prepare HR documentation, and manage onboarding for new staff. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Human Resource, 3-5 years of recruitment experience, and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of recruitment processes.
  • Prepare documents for recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Handle new staff onboarding arrangements.
  • Prepare monthly recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Monitor utilization of recruitment portal credits and referral fees.

Education
