Job summary

A financial services company based in Putrajaya is seeking an Assistant Manager for Network Invoicing. This permanent role requires 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in client billing and account receivables. The successful candidate will interpret fee schedules, validate invoices, and manage payables while ensuring compliance with operational processes. Qualifications

  • 3-5 years working experience in a related process or industry.
  • Experience in client billing process and/or account receivables.
  • Understanding and application of Fee Schedule/Fee Agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Fee Schedule interpretation and setup of fee rate into system.
  • Retrieve and upload manual data collection for month end controls.
  • Validate invoice and send to AP for processing.
  • Follow up on aged payables and verify invoices.
