A financial services company located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Manager for ePension Operations. In this role, you will establish infrastructure, design operational frameworks, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will lead a team, oversee daily operations, and provide guidance to members. Ideal candidates possess at least 3 years of operations experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial role. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, with proficiency in English required. Competitive benefits and a 5.5-day work week offered.
Assist in establishing the infrastructure for pension administration.
Design and implement the operational framework for the ePension digital platform.
Ensure all operational activities align with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with both external and internal project owners and stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of high-quality results.
Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency by closely monitoring workflow processes.
Track process productivity to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality service by meeting established SLAs.
Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical skills.
Regularly update the team, ensuring they are informed of individual and departmental performance goals and achievements.
At least 3 years of experience in operations is required.
Minimum of 1 year in a managerial role.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English is required. The ability to read or communicate in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus point.
Process diploma or degree in Finance and Banking related field.
Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays, following the Hong Kong public holiday schedule.
5.5-day work week: Monday to Friday (full day) and Saturdays (half day).
100% work in office. Able to work on shift arrangement.
