Role

Responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Manage online campaigns across multiple platforms, conduct market research, and optimize SEO/SEM. Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content, monitor performance using analytics tools, and provide insights for improvement while keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans aligned with the objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Campaign Management
    • Create, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.).
    • Manage SEO/SEM to drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Content Development & Management
    • Collaborate with creative designers to develop engaging content for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
    • Plan the calendar, produce, and create engaging and creative content (photo/video) for different social media platforms to drive awareness and conversion traffic to websites.
  • Performance Analysis
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
    • Provide actionable recommendations for improvement based on performance data.
  • Suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the digital marketing trends.
Qualifications
  • Preferably with 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing, especially in the property field.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, while Mandarin proficiency is preferred to facilitate the development of Chinese-language content targeting Chinese audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Good communication and project management skills.
  • Works well under pressure with tight deadlines in a team environment.
