We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales & Student Affairs, together with a Sales Executive to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

PPT TVET Recruitment & Programme Management

Develop and execute recruitment strategies for working adults under the PPT TVET program, including conducting market surveys, planning program development, sourcing qualified PPT trainers, and ensuring all requirements are met for PPT approval at the college.

Coordinate corporate events, government agencies engagement and stakeholders.

Support CSR and outreach initiatives to promote Canary TVET College’s visibility.

Oversee student welfare, counselling coordination, discipline, and campus conduct management.

Plan and execute student development programs, co-curricular activities, and student leadership initiatives.

Ensure a supportive and inclusive environment aligned with the college’s mission and values.

Administrative & Coordination

Maintain documentation, reports, event records, and stakeholder communication.

Collaborate with academic, marketing, and management departments to ensure smooth operations of student and corporate affairs.

To work during weekends and public holidays as required.

Undertake and performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with a minimum of five years of relevant sales and marketing experience.

Experience working in higher education environment and a track record of corporate engagement.

Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and inspire a team.

Demonstrated industry experience and a strong understanding of current business trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, faculty, and industry partners.

Ability to adapt to evolving educational trends and industry requirements.
