ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Business Development & Strategic Growth
- Identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities, partnerships, referral pathways and corporate networks (TPA/insurance, hospitals, sports associations, universities, NGOs, corporate companies).
- Assist in developing strategic documents, including proposals, MOUs, sponsorship decks, service expansion papers and business cases.
- Conduct market intelligence on competitors, emerging trends, patient demand, pricing models and service gaps to support business decisions.
- Support the planning and rollout of new clinical services, speciality programs, corporate health screening packages, and community outreach initiatives.
- Monitor and track the performance of existing partners to ensure the achievement of KPIs (referral volume, engagement, revenue, and partnership impact).
2. Marketing Strategy & Branding
- Assist in planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns for consultants, treatments, packages, and hospital events.
- Strengthen UKMSC's branding across digital, print, media, and on-ground activation platforms.
- Review and assess marketing campaign performance using measurable indicators (reach, conversion, leads, ROI).
- Support development of branding and marketing materials for new centres.
3. Digital Marketing & Content Development
- Oversee the development of creative and digital assets, such as posters, bunting, videos, digital boards, websites, and social media content.
- Coordinate with internal and external creatives to ensure consistent brand identity and quality execution.
- Track digital analytics to enhance engagement, visibility, conversions and overall online presence.
4. Operational Support & departmental Coordination
- Liaise closely with Finance, IT, HR, Clinical Teams, Corporate Communications and Operations to ensure the smooth execution of BD&M initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate minutes, reports, decks, briefs and monthly dashboards for management reviews.
- Support budget tracking and procurement processes, as well as project timelines for all business development and marketing activities.
5. Market Research, Insights & Reporting
- Conduct market analyses, patient behaviour insights, service benchmarking, and competitor studies.
- Develop ROI projections, forecasting models, revenue simulations and justification reports for service or partnership proposals.
- Present insights, trends, and recommendations during internal meetings, work committees, and strategic planning sessions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Communications, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, marketing, healthcare operations, corporate engagement or related fields.
- Experience in private healthcare, hospital marketing, insurance/TPA relations, or corporate sales is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in managing events, proposals, partnerships, marketing campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
