We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Assistant Vice President (AVP) to support our deal sourcing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical acumen, a deep understanding of emerging trends in our focus sectors, and a natural ability to build relationships within the startup and investment ecosystem. The AVP will play a key role in identifying and evaluating early-stage investment opportunities and supporting the firm’s strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and source early-stage investment opportunities in real estate, hospitality, technology, and ESG.
  • Build and maintain relationships with founders, industry experts, incubators, and accelerators.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking forums to scout potential deals.
  • Conduct deep-dive research into market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop investment theses and sourcing strategies aligned with the firm’s focus areas.
  • Lead preliminary evaluation of business models, financials, and growth potential.
  • Prepare investment briefs and support the development of internal memos for deal review.
Founder Engagement & Ecosystem Building

Act as a point of contact for early-stage founders and startups.

Facilitate introductions and build trust within the entrepreneurial community.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with senior investment professionals to refine sourcing strategies and prioritize pipeline.

Support cross-functional initiatives including portfolio support and strategic partnerships.
