Job description
Key Responsibilities
Medical Tourism – Hospital Business
  • Develop and manage international medical tourism markets for the hospital across targeted regions.
  • Build relationships with overseas medical tourism facilitators, referral doctors, embassies, and international agencies.
  • Generate and convert international patient leads in coordination with the International Patient Services (IPS) team.
  • Coordinate with clinical departments to arrange treatment plans, cost estimates, visas, travel, and accommodation support.
  • Ensure seamless patient experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Represent the hospital at international roadshows, health camps, exhibitions, and conferences.
Corporate Client & Insurance Tie-ups
  • Identify and onboard corporate clients for employee healthcare services, annual health checkups, and treatment packages.
  • Develop and manage empanelment with corporates, TPAs, and insurance companies.
  • Negotiate pricing, SLAs, credit terms, and service agreements with corporate and insurance partners.
  • Manage existing corporate accounts to ensure retention, utilization, and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with billing and insurance desks to ensure smooth cashless and credit processes.
Relationship Management & Internal Coordination
  • Act as a single point of contact for international patients and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, billing, admissions, and operations to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Address patient and corporate escalations promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Marketing & Promotion
  • Support hospital marketing initiatives related to medical tourism and corporate healthcare.
  • Assist in creating hospital presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams for international and corporate outreach campaigns.
Reporting, Compliance & Quality
  • Track and report performance metrics such as patient volumes, revenue, lead conversions, and corporate utilization.Maintain accurate records of international patients, corporate clients, and empanelment details.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, NABH/JCI standards, and medical tourism guidelines.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and ethical healthcare practices.

  • Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare delivery.
  • Knowledge of medical tourism processes, corporate empanelment, and insurance coordination.
