JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting daily content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging captions, photos, and short‑form videos that align with the brand’s tone and audience.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions promptly.
• Support in organizing photoshoots, video shoots, and event coverage.
• Keep track of current trends, viral content, and relevant hashtags to inspire creative ideas.
• Prepare simple social media performance reports (followers, engagement rate, reach, etc.).
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, influencers, or agencies when necessary.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Entry‑level or Junior position (Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply).
• Passionate about social media, storytelling, and content creation.
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Creative, fast learner, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic photography/videography and video editing skills are an advantage.
• Experience in paid advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) is an advantage.
