We are hiring two (2) Assistant HR Managers to support our manufacturing operations in a multinational environment.

Job Responsibilities
Assistant HR Manager – Learning & Development (L&D)
- Plan and implement learning and development strategies aligned with manufacturing operations and business objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis covering production, quality, safety, leadership and compliance training.
- Manage annual training plans, budgets and training effectiveness (KPI / ROI).
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, EHS, ESG and compliance-related training.
- Support talent development, succession planning and competency frameworks for manufacturing and support functions.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure readiness for internal, customer and regulatory audits (e.g. ESG, RBA, ISO).
- Prepare training reports and documentation to meet MNC governance and audit requirements.
Assistant HR Manager – HRIS
- Manage and administer HRIS platforms to support manufacturing headcount, workforce planning and compliance reporting.
- Ensure HR data accuracy, system controls and documentation to meet audit and ESG requirements.
- Lead HRIS improvement projects, including system upgrades, automation, UAT and process standardization across sites.
- Generate HR dashboards and reports for management, audits and ESG disclosures.
- Support HR digitalization initiatives and data governance in a multinational environment.
- Liaise with system vendors, IT and regional HR teams to resolve system issues and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Job Requirements (Applicable to Both Roles)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, IT or related fields.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing and/or MNC environment.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor compliance, internal controls and audit requirements.
- Experience supporting ESG, RBA, ISO or customer audits is highly preferred.
- Strong project management, stakeholder coordination and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage for regional or customer interaction.
Additional Requirements – HRIS Role
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, Peoplesoft, iFlexi).
- Strong data analysis, reporting and system configuration skills.
