Major Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead and motivate the Julie’s Manufacturing Sales Team to achieve export sales targets, expand market coverage, and enhance Julie’s brand visibility and reputation worldwide.
- Define and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet company objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new markets and channels to expand the brand’s global presence and strengthen brand growth.
- Continuously monitor, track, and analyse business performance across regions.
- Build a strong team for a strong succession pipeline that ensures the company’s business plan, providing corrective actions and strategic direction.
- Offer leadership and advisory support to drive sustainable growth.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and key business partners.
- Formulate and implement the Promotion Plan, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Oversee the execution and performance evaluation of all promotional and marketing activities.
- Undertaking any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior and/or Company.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or any related field, with a master's degree or relevant professional certification considered an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in sales, business development, or related fields, preferably in FMCG or international trade.
- Strong management, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability to develop market entry strategies, negotiate with business partners, and drive measurable business results.
- Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and financial interpretation to support strategic decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with sales management software and CRM tools is an advantage.
- A proactive, results‑oriented, and collaborative leader with a global mindset.
- Based in Alor Gajah, Melaka, with willingness to travel overseas when required.
