As we scale and shape the future of healthcare genomics in the region, we are looking to strengthen our finance division. We are looking for a high calibre assistant / finance manager who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building processes, and supports other business functions for our next growth phase. Expect exposure and experience across multi‑entities and cross‑border finance.

The candidate will be involved in monthly financial closing, annual budgeting cycle and provide financial analysis to support the various needs of the company.

Job Description
  • Perform monthly closing and the preparation of financial, management, and consolidated reports including balance sheet (AP, AR, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory).
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and perform variance & financial analysis on various financial reports.
  • Handle intercompany transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support all administrative & operational aspects of sales activities.
  • Oversee employee expense claims.
  • Handle bank‑related matters, including preparation of payments, cash flow projection/forecast, bank reconciliations.
  • Liaise with banks on account management and transaction matters including creation/deletion of users and amendment of access rights.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements and coordinate internal and external audits across group entities.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 4‑5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting; any previous financial analyst exposure would be an added advantage.
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or ACCA equivalent.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent in organising and scheduling paperwork.
  • Able to exercise discretion with utmost confidentiality in handling all matters.
  • Good interpersonal skills, and ability to work harmoniously with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience with accounting ERP, Dynamic 365 Finance, preferred.
  • Self‑motivated and can work independently during month‑end closures.
