• Minimum: Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle milestone planning, parts list preparation, and trial development.
• Review localized parts, coordinate with suppliers, and support trial & verification.
• Develop 2D/3D drawings and prepare supporting reports.
• Participate in mold trials and prepare evaluation reports.
• Propose cost reduction ideas and support efficiency enhancement.
• Prepare testing and evaluation reports for new models.
