Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients or partners.
  • Support the proposal development process including RFP responses, presentations, and pitch materials.
  • Foster and manage relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to build long‑term value.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, product, finance) to align growth initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Track pipeline progress, report on business development activities, and prepare performance analytics for senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of supporting or leading successful business growth initiatives. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
