Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, along with skills in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in construction, preferably with consultants or developers.
• Experience with high-rise building works and public infrastructure works.
• Familiarity with authorities liaison/procedure.

Responsibilities

• Report on site progress and ensure project targets are met.
• Manage coordination among different contractors and consultants.
• Verify physical work done according to specifications.
• Prepare weekly reports on on-site work and problem forecasting.
• Attend all necessary meetings on-site.
