We are seeking for Assistant Clinic Manager (operation) to join our dynamic team at Klinik Utama Bukit Tinggi 2 located in Klang, Selangor. In this full‑time role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and business efficiency.
Lead and manage daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and facility upkeep.
Develop and implement operational policies, SOP and procedures to optimize workflow and patient experience.
Collaborate with the clinical team to identify and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Prepare monthly performance reports and propose improvement strategies.
Handle client feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Assist and motivate team members in service excellence and product knowledge.
Work closely with management to develop and execute effective business strategies that support growth and performance goals.
Identify and pursue new opportunities for services, partnerships, and community engagement to expand the clinic's presence.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
Assist doctors and clinic assistant during procedures when required.
Minimum Diploma of any field (pharmacy, health science would be advantage) with at least a year of experience in GP clinic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and customer management systems.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, operational best practices, and patient‑centric service delivery.
Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict resolution skill.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, able to work both independently with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
