Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience as Duty Engineer, hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

• Maintain all equipment in good repair with minimal downtime.
• Ensure readiness for audits and inspections.
• Manage quality control and assurance procedures.
• Supervise training in Food Safety & Hygiene.
• Coordinate activities of the engineering department.
