Requirements

• Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BArch, BSc Arch, or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• 1–4 years relevant experience in an architecture/design role (design studio experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showing concept‑to‑presentation work: sketches, diagrams, 3D models and finished renderings. (Portfolio link required with application.)
• Proficiency in:
  • Revit (modeling and producing drawing sheets) or AutoCAD (2D drafting) – strong preference for Revit experience.
  • 3D modelling: SketchUp
  • Rendering: V‑Ray, Enscape, Lumion or similar.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken). Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong design sensibility, good sketching/visual communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Eligible to work in Malaysia and able to attend occasional site visits.

Responsibilities

• Support the design team through all stages: concept, schematic design, design development and presentation.
• Produce high‑quality design visuals: hand sketches, digital diagrams, presentation boards, 3D models and photorealistic renderings.
• Model and develop architecture in SketchUp/Ds Max and produce compelling visualizations (V‑Ray/Lumion).
• Prepare and update architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations) for internal coordination and consultant review.
• Assist in material/finish selection and prepare concept boards and schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure design intent is maintained through coordination drawings.
• Participate in client presentations and design meetings; articulate design rationale clearly.
• Conduct occasional site visits to verify existing conditions and support site design coordination.
• Maintain and organize project files, drawing sets, and presentation collateral.
• Contribute creative ideas during design charrettes and concept workshops.
