We are looking for a detail oriented Admin Manager to overseeing and managing the full spectrum of administrative functions to ensure smooth office and project operations. This includes managing office resources, ensuring cost efficiency, maintaining compliance with company policies, and providing effective administrative and logistical support to enhance overall workplace productivity and employee experience.

What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee daily office administrative operations for HQ and nationwide offices, including project support.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of office and effective communication across departments.
  • Managing office supplies, inventory, vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Develop, review and improve office policies & procedures and workflows for greater efficiency.
  • Supervising administrative staff.
  • Coordinate meetings and collaboration with Employee Experience Department.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field.
  • Preferably with 3-5 years’ experience of relevant experience in office or facilities management.
  • Proficient in MS office application.
  • Proactive, organizational and multitasking abilities.
