📍 Ulu Choh, Johor (Near Gelang Patah)
🕗 Mon–Sat | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💼 RM 2,200 – RM 3,500 | Full Time

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle daily warehouse documentation, DO, stock reports, and filing.
  • Assist Warehouse Keeper with stock updates and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate materials movement between warehouse, logistics, and production.
  • Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports for management.
  • Monitor inbound/outbound materials and update records promptly.
  • Support warehouse administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication.
  • Perform ad‑hoc admin duties as required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent in Business/Admin/Logistics.
  • 1–2 years admin or warehouse coordination experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse flow is an advantage.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
