🌟 We're Hiring: Assistant Admin Manager! 🌟

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Admin Manager to support our client administrative operations in their new manufacturing plant located in Lembah Beringin , Selangor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role will lead a team of administrative assistants.

Assistant Admin Manager

What You'll Do:
  • Assist in managing daily administrative tasks and office operations including hostel, canteen facilities, transportation and people movement.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain filing systems.
  • Support staff with HR-related queries and onboarding processes especially dealing with expatriates from China.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for management team.
  • Conduct research and compile data for special projects.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to converse and write in Chinese is a pre-requisite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures.
