• Able to handle full sets of manufacturing accounts and financial statements using accounting software systems.
• Documents financial transactions by entering proper accounting information and also practice good filing system.
• Update and feedback financial actions by analyzing accounting options including reconciling financial discrepancies.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports timely.
• Maintains accounting controls with accuracy.
• Secures financial information by completing regular data base backups.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Complies with the government and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements.
• Able to coordinate and liaise with stock personnel or inter companies to complete the tasks of proper accounting records and data.
• Experienced in E-Invoice implementation.
• Any additional ad hoc duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications

• Possess qualifications in LCCI Higher Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Financial Studies.
• Having related work experience will be advantageous.
• Able to work independently and meticulous.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to do presentation and computer literate with MS Office skills.
• Possess valid driving license and own transport.
