Job description
  • Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions in the Finance department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets
  • Update and prepare timely periodic and ad-hoc reports to management.
  • Ensure all accounting and financial management practices are carried out in strict adherence to group accounting policy and approved accounting standards.
  • Perform analysis of accounts and ensure the accuracy of entries.
  • Liaise with auditors/tax agents/bankers.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory filings, GST, corporate tax, and other legislative requirements.
  • To perform any other duties as may be designed from time to time.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc accounting and corporate finance projects and perform any other accounting-related duties as applicable.
  • Responsible to prepare monthly management accounts within the deadlines given.
