Qualifications

  • Experience using inventory/asset systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with audit requirements and procurement processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the asset inventory system with accurate, real-time data.
  • Conduct routine audits and stock reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage asset requisitions and coordinate with procurement for sourcing.
  • Allocate assets to appropriate users, departments, or hubs based on approvals.
  • Monitor asset conditions and arrange for maintenance or repairs as required.
  • Handle replacement of faulty assets and process vendor warranty claims.
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound asset movements are properly documented.
  • Coordinate delivery and relocation of assets across hubs and warehouses.
  • Generate monthly reports on asset utilization, shortages, and conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, audit standards, and company policies.
  • Oversee the disposal process of obsolete/damaged assets with full documentation and approval.
  • Support new hub/site launches by preparing and arranging asset needs.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting of asset requirements.

  • Have experience using inventory/asset systems (AMS or similar tools) is a plus.
