Qualifications

• Must understand mechanical drawing and GD&T.
• Experience in high mix and high volume manufacturing is an advantage.
• Experience in supervising a team of maintenance personnel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall Assembly process on Coherent Roadm product transfer.
• Sustain and improve process and quality standards.
• Plan and execute various engineering builds and data collection.
• Monitor line processes and improve quality.
• Provide necessary engineering support for pilot builds.
