Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and dedicated Branch Manager to oversee daily operations at our art studio. If you’re passionate about education, enjoy working with a creative team, and are ready to take charge of a growing learning environment, this role is for you. As a Branch Manager, you will lead your team, ensure smooth class operations, and uphold the studio’s standards in teaching quality and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management: Oversee class schedules, staff coordination, and smooth day‑to‑day operations of the branch.
• Team Leadership: Guide, support, and mentor Art Teachers and Assistants; ensure staff attend meetings, trainings, and follow studio standards.
• Customer Relations: Communicate professionally with parents, handle enquiries, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Classroom & Facility Oversight: Ensure classrooms are tidy, well‑prepared, and efficiently run throughout the day.
• Events & Exhibitions: Coordinate and support studio events, workshops, and student exhibitions.
• Administrative Duties: Manage attendance, reports, inventory, and branch‑related paperwork.
• Problem‑Solving: Address challenges quickly and maintain a positive, solution‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Experience in management, education, or customer service (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Responsible, positive, patient, and able to work well with both kids and adults.
• Able to travel between branches (transport allowance provided).
