About the Job

Our Art Director must be a forward‑thinking creative with a passion for new ideas and real results. You will be driven by the desire to see big ideas become big realities. A hands‑on team player that can dive in to new challenges. You have an eye for aesthetics and clean, fresh design. You have strong ideas about a modern and beauty aesthetic and the passion to see it come to life across multiple channels. You must also be able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work effectively in both collaborative and autonomous settings.

Responsibilities
  • Lead key account management of brand(s) and manage designers assigned to these brands in the absence of the Creative Director.
  • Set clear art direction for all base assets across all marketing channels (photoshoots, visuals, videos, websites, etc.).
  • Oversee the overall visual aspects of an advertising or media campaign.
  • Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the brands' directions.
  • Create sketches, storyboards, art layouts based on creative visions and ideas.
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
  • Ensure cohesive brand identity across all channels.
  • Develop photoshoot concepts, briefs, direction and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create new strategies and ideas for social media marketing, EDM, video and website creative.
Job Requirements
  • At least 5 years experience in creative design.
  • Experience delivering real branding projects and brand collateral.
  • Passion for fashion innovation and design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and directly with different teams to create solutions that meet many different goals.
  • Strong hands‑on experience across Photoshop, Illustrator and other Creative Suite programs.
  • Ability to visualise and present concepts and designs for review and approval by the team.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality artwork for final production.
  • Preferable experience working client‑side and in the beauty, fashion or wellness industries.
  • Experience working in eCommerce industry is a plus.
  • Require a portfolio to assess suitability – applications without one will not be considered.
