A leading automotive company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional to manage dealer and stockist accounts to drive spare parts sales. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in sales administration or dealer management. Key responsibilities include conducting dealer visits, resolving inquiries, and analyzing market trends for strategic campaigns. Strong communication and problem-solving skills required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel is a must.
Manage and support Dealer and Stockist accounts to ensure effective spare parts business performance.
Conduct regular dealer visits to review performance, identify opportunities, and drive spare parts sales achievement against targets.
Handle dealer inquiries related to spare parts pricing, product availability, order processing, and issue resolution.
Guide and support Executives/Junior Executives in resolving operational, sales, and customer-related matters.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to propose strategic sales campaigns or improvement actions.
Coordinate closely with Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Technical teams to address operational issues and ensure smooth spare parts supply.
Assist in sales forecasting, reporting, and parts planning activities to support business growth and stock optimization.
