Job description

At HUMAN FUEL, we believe our outlet partners are the bloodline of the company. As front-liners, they play a key role in delivering excellent products and services that meet the needs of our customers.

We are looking for an experienced F&B professional who understands daily outlet operations and is passionate about quality, teamwork, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest standards of product quality and customer service at all times.

  • Prepare and brew beverages according to HUMAN FUEL’s in-house recipes.

  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.

  • Forecast sales, set outlet sales targets, and implement action plans to achieve them.

  • Plan and manage outlet manpower, including preparing weekly staff schedules.

  • Source, recruit, and train new outlet staff to meet operational needs.

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.

  • Handle all outlet transactions, including cash, card, and e-wallet payments, ensuring accuracy and proper cash handling.

  • Monitor outlet costing and expenses (raw materials, labour, utilities) to meet profitability targets.

  • Ensure outlet operations follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.

  • Deliver excellent customer experience and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.

  • Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment, and arrange maintenance when required.

  • Actively participate in daily operations, including beverage preparation, cashier duties, and other outlet-related tasks.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in Food & Beverage outlet operations is required.

  • Basic computer skills; able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related software.

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Possess own transportation.

  • Willing to travel when required.

  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
