We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and business growth across 6 to 9 retail outlets in Malaysia.

What you'll be doing

Oversee daily operations and performance of 6 to 9 outlets within your assigned area.

Manage and coordinate store managers and frontline staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Analyse sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.

Ensure consistent brand standards in inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.

Provide hands‑on coaching, training, and support to outlet teams to enhance skills and performance.

Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall productivity.

Resolve operational and customer service issues promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with the HQ team to align local execution with company‑wide strategies and goals.

What we're looking for

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to drive data‑informed decisions.
