Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Enforce CMS system implementation to enhance retail operations.
  • Monitor CAP procedures within the retail team.
  • Prepare and execute promotional programs.

  • Conduct routine audits on retail operations.
  • Assist AM/AAM with operational activities as needed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Enforce the implementation of CMS system to outlet to minimize risk impact to retail operation.
  • Monitor CAP procedures amongst retail team.
  • Prepare and execute promotional programme.
  • Control and monitor cash collection, retail inventory, equipment & customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor debtors aging and debt collection.
  • Perform routine audit on retail operation to safeguard and ensure policies and regulation are being adhered to.
  • To provide necessary assistance to AM/AAM to handle other operational activities as assigned.
  • Ability to understand and analyze retail operation report and apply corrective action.
  • P&L Report.

The integrated supply chain consists of breeder, hatchery and boiler farms. Our poultry abattoir is fully equipped with coldstorage facilities and full logistics set-up. The poultry division is well-equipped with the latest breeding farm technologies, computer-controlled hatching chambers and automated abattoir, capable of processing approximately 4,000 birds per hour. Currently we process 20,000 to 25,000 birds per day.

Our abattoir is the only poultry abattoir in Sarawak with a HACCP certification from the Malaysian Government, thus poised to supply both domestic and international consumers with good wholesome chicken meat economically. We are awarded the Certificates of Halal by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia) and Sarawak Islamic Council (Majlis Islam Sarawak).

We have 40 wholesale and retail stores, trading departments as well as factories throughout Sarawak, Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia.
