As an Architecture Designer/Draughtsman at AURORA ABIDANCE DESIGN, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of innovative architectural projects in Ipoh Perak. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work closely with our talented team of architects and designers, contributing your technical expertise and creativity to deliver exceptional design solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Producing detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations and 3D models using CAD software
• Assisting with the development of design concepts and proposals
• Collaborating with the project team to ensure design integrity and adherence to client requirements
• Conducting site visits and measurements to inform the design process
• Preparing construction documents and specifications
• Providing support during the construction phase, responding to RFIs and addressing design‑related queries
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices

What we’re looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture or a related design field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an architectural design or drafting role
• Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp
• Strong technical drawing and 3D modelling skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of building regulations, codes and industry standards
