Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize concept and schematic design;
• Ensure design quality and authority compliance;
• Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposal;
• Prepare tender documentation, schedule and material specification;
• Competent in authority requirements and code compliance
• Liaise and discuss project‑relevant issues with client and coordinate with consultant and contractor;
• Oversee progress of site work and resolve any arising issue;
• Develop idea, keeping in mind client needs, building usage and environmental impact;
• Identify client need and put together feasibility report and design proposal;
• Make on‑site visit to check on project status, report on project

Key Requirements:

• Graduated with a Degree or Masters in Architecture or LAM Part II qualification;
• Possess minimum 5 years of working experience;
• Working experience in transit rail projects would be a bonus
• Well‑versed in both AutoCAD, SketchUP and Revit software
• Proficient in local building codes and planning guidelines.
