INCUMBENT REQUIREMENT
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture & Quantity Surveyor) or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property administration, project coordination, or document control.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Autocad, 3D Google Sketchup, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with document control systems and project tracking tools.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of property-related regulations and procedures (e.g., submissions to local authorities).
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
