Job summary

A global data infrastructure leader is seeking an AR Analytics Specialist to manage accounts receivable processes, track KPIs, and drive financial improvements. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 2–3 years of relevant experience. Candidates with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with data tools like Power BI or Tableau are preferred. A good communication skill to liaise with various departments and the ability to handle disputes effectively are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations.
• Experience in AR reporting and KPI tracking is an advantage.
• Ability to read and speak Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review customer credit lists from Finance.
• Prepare and analyze monthly AR aging reports.
• Track and report key AR KPIs to management.
