Job description

EXING PRECISION DESIGN SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Applications / Service Engineer to join our team in Butterworth Penang. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our mechanical engineering solutions.

What you'll be doing

• On‑site support for E Xing customers in Northern Malaysia and other countries if required
• Work independently on all fixture installation, testers and any related issues
• Program development
• Perform DFT study and SW RFQ for E Xing customers
• Remote debug if needed
• Periodically travel to Singapore to work on projects and with programmers
• Assist in technical presentation to customers
• Assist to grow E Xing’s market share in Northern Malaysia and regional customer base
• Provide feedback and inputs to production for continuous improvements
• Any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by Management

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a InCircuit Test industrial
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices
• Knowledge of InCircuit Test are required
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Effective communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in a hands‑on environment
• Proficient in the use of technical documentation and data analysis tools
