Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide technical helpline support to products and applications enquiries from Asia Sales subsidiaries technical teams.
• Provide on-site support to customers to resolve product applications issues whenever deem necessary, including travel to Asian countries.
• Support Asia Sales subsidiaries in Service Level project services.
• Establish new solution for emerging product applications in Asia.
• Support products training for technical colleagues in Asia
• Working closely with key stakeholders (local & overseas) to continuously improve technical helpline productivity.
• Responsible to support rapid sales growth in Asia Pacific, including Turkey.

Requirements

• Must have 4-6 years of working experience in product application support or field application support.
• Possesses good knowledge of FA products including proximity sensors, area scanner, barcode reader, safety curtain, safety scanner.
• Pre/Post sales support/consultancy experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Field Bus communication interface protocols (e.g. ProfiBus, ProfiNET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT) will be a plus.
• Experience in integrating sensors (barcode scanner or camera-based products experience to IPC, PLC is highly desired.
• Possess project management skills in managing multiple tasks execution.
• Good communication and technical documentation skills.
